- How do I place an order with you?
We have tried to make the process as simple and painless as possible! Please follow the steps below: - Look at our product range by clicking catalogue or search at the top of each page. - Find a product you like and click on "Add to Basket", this is always a red button. - Choose the product options, if applicable, and the quantity you want and click add to basket. - Your basket will automatically be updated and you will see this in the top right corner of every page with a total and number of items in it. - When you have added nearly every item into your basket(!) and you are ready to place your order, click on the red basket in the top right corner of your screen. - The basket will be displayed with all of your fantastic products, postage charge (location) and your gift wrapping options. - If you need to take an item out of your basket, just click on the 'remove' link and your basket will be refreshed. - If your postage options is incorrect, click on the link and choose your zone; UK, Europe or Worldwide. - If you have been given a voucher number then put it in and submit. Your basket will refresh showing the discount, if applicable for the order. Please note that most vouchers have an expiry date so please be mindful of this and use them as soon as you get them! - Click on Place Order to continue to the next stage.

- How do you use my e-mail address ?
We use your e-mail address to confirm your order details and we do not share your personal information with any other 3rd party outside of our organisation at any time. We might from time to time tell you about new products and special offers from usif you tick the neccessary box on either the order form or the contact page.
- What if I have placed an order and I don't receive an e-mail confirmation ?
You should receive a confirmation almost immediately after placing an order, if you do not receive a confirmation the chances are that either you have not entered payment details and committed the order by activating the "Finish Order" button, or you have entered an invalid e-mail address. If you suspect you have entered an invalid address, please send an e-mail to sales@lotstoremember.co.uk stating what your problem is.
- What are the Postage Charges?
Please look at each item to see what the postage cost will be for yout order. The final postage charge is shown separately in the basket page.
- How long does delivery take?
All UK orders are sent 1st class and should take 2-3 days, pending the postal service. If more than one item is supplied by different suppliers the order will be fulfilled using separate parcels. Overseas orders sent from the UK can take up to 28 days.
- How do I complain ?
Hopefully there shouldn't be any need to complain but please contact us regarding any compliants using any of the various methods displayed on this page and we endeavour to respond to all compliants within five working days.
- What is your Privacy Policy ?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by ticking the consent box in the contact page and when placing an order. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name address phone number email address credit/debit card details We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.
- What happens if I drop my Internet connection half way through an order ?
Your basket and details will not be processed unless you submit payment details and hit the "Complete Order" button. A thank you message will appear on the screen and you will get confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you get disconnected half way through an order, re-connect, re-select your order and payment details and your new order will be processed as normal.
- What if I change my mind and don't wish to proceed with the order before I enter my payment details ?
Your basket and details will not be processed unless you submit payment details and hit the "Complete Order" button. A thank you message will appear on the screen and you will get confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you back out of the order process prior to doing this your order will not be saved or processed.
- What if I enter the wrong e-mail address on my order ?
If you suspect you have entered an invalid address, please send an e-mail to: sales@lotstoremember.co.uk stating what your problem is. We will then alter the order and send you confirmation by return e-mail to your correct e-mail address.
- What Payment methods do you accept?

- Is it safe to give my personal and payment details over the web ?
- It certainly is! We use a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) key when you provide any payment information to our server. This means that information between your browser and our server is encrypted to that only the intended recipients can read it. You will know that the transaction is secure as there will be a This Transaction use Secure Socket Layer Technology at the bottom of your browser.
