No contract will subsist between you and Merchant Technology Limited for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Merchant Technology Limited accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Merchant Technology Limited sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and My Mneotr Limited irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. This contract does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
Shop Terms and Conditions
All purchases are made on the condition that payment is made before despatch. No monies will be taken for goods not in stock unless explicitly stated. Returned goods must in new condition. The customer will recieve a full refund of the goods including any postage and packing charges. Purchasers from Merchant Technology Limited and its affliates have the right to cancel their order without giving a reason. These contract conditions do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.
